Supporting management in administrative tasks and day-to-day organization
Planning and coordination of appointments, meetings and business trips
Human resources support
Creation and preparation of presentations, reports and documents
Communication interface between management and internal and external stakeholders
Project assistance, including preparation of project materials
Organization of customer visits, workshops and summer party/Christmas party
Monitoring and tracking tasks and deadlines

Dein Profil

Completed commercial apprenticeship or a corresponding degree
Several years of relevant professional experience in a similar position
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
Affinity for modern technologies, in particular knowledge in the field of AI automation or willingness to develop further in this area
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High organizational skills, independence and a structured way of working
Team player with a proactive attitude
Discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information
