We are looking for a Project assistant (full-time), who supports and encourages our teams to fully express their creativity.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Preparation of offers for productive software projects
  • Administration and maintenance of orders as well as independent accounting support for software projects
  • Operational project controlling, including responsibility for documenting and developing recommendations for action to management
  • Participation in project planning and coordination in various projects (budget planning, milestone and schedule planning, resource and capacity planning)
  • Interface between customer teams for commercial questions

Dein Profil

  • Completed commercial education or a corresponding degree
  • Relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both orally and in writing
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ideally also in Apple programs (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
  • Interest in software development and the ability to learn new things quickly
  • High organizational skills, independence and a structured way of working
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks (particularly Scrum) is an advantage
